In terms of costing

All rates are costed as of today’s date (20 February 2017) and are therefore subject to increases prior to departure, owing to currency fluctuations and/or increases in tariffs imposed by airlines, hotels, tour operators, restaurants, coach companies, insurance companies, etc.

All prices are calculated on cash discounted prices. Payment by EFT only. Bank details to be provided on request. However, should you wish to utilise a credit card, there will be a supplementary charge of approx. 3% – 5% over and above the rates stipulated, depending on the card used.

All prices are based on a minimum of 20 – 22 passengers travelling together at all times. Should the number drop below this, Travel League and all its suppliers have the right to amend/increase the prices accordingly.

Please note that final prices will fluctuate until full and final payment is received.

Once your place on this tour has been confirmed, an immediate deposit of 50% of the full tour cost will be required to secure all reservations, with the balance of payment at least 8 weeks prior to departure. The deposit is refundable up until 8 weeks prior to departure. Thereafter, cancellation fees will apply and the deposit is non-refundable.
