Baked salmon with red onions and parsley

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place 1,2kg fresh salmon in a roasting tray. Combine 2 finely chopped large red onions, 50ml fresh flat-leaf parsley, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, 100ml white wine, 50ml olive oil and salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste. Spread it evenly over the fish. Bake for about 40 minutes. Steam 200g diagonally sliced baby marrows until cooked, about 5 minutes. Drizzle with 50ml olive oil, season and serve with the
