These light cheese straws make the ideal appetiser or snack. So easy to make and full of cheesy goodness, ‘addictive’ is the only way to describe them.

Cheese straws

Serves: 10 - 12
Cooking Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 x 400g puff pastry

1

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

2

Divide the pastry into two equal parts and thinly roll out.

3

Spread the mustard over one piece of pastry and sprinkle with the cheese. Top with the other piece, pushing down firmly so they stick together.

5

Cut into thin rectangles and twist to make a cheese straw. Bake until crisp, about 15 minutes.
