    For cocktail lollies, simply add a dash of vodka or your favourite drink to each lolly. Careful not to overdo it, as alcohol can hinder the freezing.

    Luscious lollies

    Serves: 16 lollies
    Cooking Time: 10 mins + freezing

    Ingredients

    • 8 x 250ml fruit juices
    • 1 mandarin, peeled and segmented
    • 50g fresh blueberries
    • 50g frozen cranberries
    • 30ml (2 tbsp) fresh mint leaves, chopped

    Instructions

    Scatter different fruits and some of the chopped mint leaves into each ice lolly mould. Top with different-flavoured juices.

    Place a different-coloured straw in each mould, trim the straws and freeze the ice lollies.

    Run the lolly moulds under cold water to release. Enjoy immediately.
