Milk and cookies

June 23, 2008 (Last Updated: January 11, 2019)

This isn’t quite the innocent milk and cookies combination from your childhood. This is a decadent and warming dessert-style cocktail with vanilla and caramel flavours, and a light minty finish. And strictly reserved for adults!

Milk and cookies

Serves: 2
Cooking Time: 5 - 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 15ml SoGo Caramel Fudge Sauce, plus extra to garnish
  • 25ml cognac
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 25ml vanilla vodka, well chilled
  • 25ml fresh milk, well chilled
  • ice cubes

Instructions

1

Carefully spiral a small amount of caramel sauce around the inside of each martini glass then put the glasses into the freezer to set and chill. Combine 15ml caramel fudge sauce and cognac in a cocktail shaker or glass jar sealed with a lid, and shake gently until the sauce has dissolved, about a minute. Bruise the mint leaves between your fingers then add to the cognac mixture together with the vanilla vodka, milk and ice cubes. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds, then strain into the pre-prepared glasses and serve.
