• Robertsons, South Africa’s “The Spice People”, are inviting you to the Reinvention Kitchen, a 5-night Immersive Spice Experience, at one of the top Melrose Arch restaurants. It is the world’s first pop-up restaurant that changes everything, including the spice, chef, decor, and menu, every day. Robertsons Reinvention Kitchen celebrates the herbs and spices used in their signature Barbecue, Chicken, and Steak & Chops blends, showcasing the countries Robertsons travels to find them. Diners will have the opportunity to discover the expertise involved in creating the perfect blend as top chefs from South Africa use one of the herbs and spices found in the Robertsons blends to take diners on a new taste adventure each night.

The Pop-Up will be open from the 21st to the 25th of September and bookings are open and tickets are going quick. The exclusive, once-off sensorial experience will delight the taste buds of 80 lucky guests for lunch (from 12:30 – 14:30) and dinner (from 18:30 – 20:30). Each evening will celebrate a Robertsons spice as well as the country from which it is expertly sourced. The hero spices include Chilli (India), Pimento (Mexico), Nutmeg (Indonesia), Marjoram (Egypt) and Paprika (South Africa).
