Baked king prawns with feta Prawns no longer have to be boring! Elevate the deliciously classic baked prawns with a crumbling of feta SERVES 4| HANDS-ON TIME 10 min | TOTAL TIME 40 min INGREDIENTS BAKED KING PRAWNS 1 kg uncooked king prawns, shelled and deveined, tails intact 1 tbsp olive oil 1 onion, thinly sliced 2 garlic cloves, minced 400 grams bottled passata Few drops Tabasco, to taste SERVE 100 grams feta, crumbled 2 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley Fresh crusty bread, to serve METHOD PREHEAT the oven to 180°C. COMBINE king prawns, oil, onion, garlic, passata and Tabasco in a 1 litre ovenproof dish. Season well and sprinkle with feta. BAKE uncovered, for about 30 minutes until prawns are cooked through. SERVE the baked king prawns with feta and top with a sprinkling of freshly chopped parsley.
