Ingredients

  • 150g melted butter
  • 2 peeled and minced garlic cloves
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) fresh thyme leaves
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 3 chopped anchovy fillets
  • 125ml (½ cup) grated Parmesan
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 500g fusilli pasta
  • extra grated Parmesan, to garnish

In a small bowl, combine 150g melted butter, 2 peeled and minced garlic cloves, 30ml (2 tbsp) fresh thyme leaves, 30ml (2 tbsp) chopped fresh rosemary leaves, 30ml (2 tbsp) chopped fresh parsley leaves, 3 chopped anchovy fillets, 125ml (½ cup) grated Parmesan and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Toss with 500g fusilli pasta, cooked according to packet instructions. Serve the pasta in bowls, garnished with extra grated Parmesan.
