Easy summer smoothies using the new Rhodes Quality juices

Summer smoothies are ideal for on-the-go breakfasts or quick refreshing lunches. As the weather warms up, Rhodes Quality shared three of their best smoothie recipes that use their new summer-inspired range of juices: Mediterranean Medley, Orange & Passionfruit and Apple & Cherry. Each juice is a blend of 100 percent fruit juices, free from preservatives in a variety of 200ml, 1 litre and 2 litre pack sizes. Spinach and orange juice smoothie A fresh fast-morning smoothie packed with greens and vitamins for two. INGREDIENTS 375 ml (1½ cups) Rhodes Quality Orange 100% Fruit Juice Blend 1 small cucumber, chopped 500 ml (2 cups) fresh spinach, washed 1 large banana 250 ml (1 cup) ice optional: 10 ml (2 tsp) honey METHOD Place the Rhodes Quality Orange 100% Fruit Juice Blend into a blender.
