COOK TIME: 1 hour | SERVES: 4     View this post on Instagram   A post shared by Food&Home (@foodandhomesa)   INGREDIENTS 1 whole medium butternut 250 g streaky bacon olive oil, for drizzling sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste   METHOD PREHEAT the oven to 200┬░C. CUT butternut into quarters, lengthways. WRAP each piece of butternut with 4-5 strips of bacon, making sure that the bacon strips overlap and that the ends are tucked underneath to avoid the bacon unravelling during roasting. PLACE the wrapped butternut wedges on a greased roasting tray and drizzle with olive oil.
