Make the ice lollies far in advance so that they’re ready to serve to your guests.     View this post on Instagram   A post shared by Food&Home (@foodandhomesa)   INGREDIENTS STRAWBERRY ICE LOLLIES 600 g strawberries, hulled and chopped ¼ cup white sugar 1 tbsp lemon juice TO SERVE 2 L sparkling rosé Edible flowers, to garnish   METHOD STRAWBERRY ICE LOLLIES PLACE strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. If necessary, stop after a few seconds to scrape down the sides. POUR the puree into 8 ice lolly moulds and insert an ice lolly stick into each. FREEZE for 4–6 hours or until frozen solid. TO SERVE POUR chilled sparkling rosé into 8 individual glasses. Just before serving, place a strawberry ice lolly into each glass and garnish with edible flowers. SERVE immediately and enjoy.
