    The vegan substitute for eggs in baking (1 egg):

    Add 15ml (1 tbsp) flaxseeds and 45ml (3 tbsp) water to  blender and blitz until well-ground and combined Allow to thicken at room temperature or in the fridge, 15 minutes.
