    Gammon crostinis with roasted grapes and balsamic

    Ingredients

    • 500 g sliced pre-cooked Gammon
    • Purple seedless grapes
    • 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
    • 1/4 cup honey
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • Cream cheese
    • Olive oil
    • Baguette, ciabatta or your favourite bread
    • Salt and pepper

    Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180ºC Celsius.

    Place the washed grapes on a baking tray and pat dry.

    Mix the balsamic vinegar, honey and soy sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.

    Dress grapes with the mix and bake for 15 minutes until gooey.

    Toast the bread slices in a pan with olive oil and smear a generous layer of cream cheese.

    Add the sliced Gammon on top, then the grapes and garnish with fresh sage.
