Pork steak and chips
Instructions
Drizzle pork steaks (at room temperature) with olive oil and a few drops of Worcestershire sauce and
season well with sea salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper. Heat a dry griddle pan until sizzling hot.
Lay the pork steaks in the pan and leave for 4-5 minutes on each side, until perfectly browned.
Remove from the pan and leave to rest for a couple of minutes before serving with compound butter (or a
sauce of your choice) and crispy, golden potato chips.
