    Salmon poke bowl

    Ingredients

    • Salmon
    • Garlic
    • Butter
    • Salt and Pepper
    • Rice Noodles
    • Chickpeas
    • Paprika
    • Soy Sauce
    • Chilli Flakes
    • Ginger
    • Avocado
    • Sesame Seeds
    • Honey

    Instructions

    Using butter and garlic in a pan, season the salmon with salt and pepper. Fry and both sides to golden brown.

    Leave on the chopping board to cool down.

    Cook rice noodles and a small saucepan for 5 to 7 minutes.

    Toast chickpeas in the same pan that was used to fry the salmon using curry powder, salt and pepper and paprika. Put aside to cool down.

    Strain the rice noodles and shower with cold water to start the cooking process.

    Cut the salmon into square cubes.

    In a separate bowl mix soy sauce, ginger, chili flakes, honey and sesame seeds, combine and pour over the cubed salmon.

    Cut some avocado into cubes and some seaweed nori sheets into strips.

    Pour the rice noodles, salmon, avocado, chickpeas, and seaweed into a bowl.

    Pour over the Asian chilli sauce, garnish with sesame seeds and Micro herbs.
