Get bake sale ready with this classic chocolate brownies recipe! It’s so quick and so easy to make, without compromising on chocolaty goodness!

    TOTAL TIME 35 minutes | SERVES 5-6

    INGREDIENTS

    1 Cup Flour
    ¾ Cup Cocoa
    1 ¼ Cup Sugar
    ½ Tbsp Salt
    ½ Tbsp Baking powder
    3 Eggs
    140g Butter, melted
    ¼ Cup Oil
    ½ Tbsp Vanilla extract
    ½ Cup Chocolate chunks

    METHOD

PREHEAT the oven to 170°. Lightly grease a baking pan.

PUT all of the ingredients into a large bowl in the order in which they’re written. Stir, then beat the mixture until it’s smooth.

SPOON the batter into the prepared pan.

BAKE the brownies for about 25 minutes, or until they’re just barely beginning to pull away from the sides of the pan. A toothpick inserted into the center will come out clean or with a few moist crumbs clinging to it; you shouldn’t see any wet batter.

ALLOW the brownies to cool down completely before cutting them into squares.

STORE any leftover brownies, well-wrapped, at room temperature for 5 to 6 days. Freeze for longer storage.
