Cold outside? Our delicious dumpling soup brings the warmth where it counts.
HEAT oil in a pot over medium high heat. Add in the dumplings and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown on all sides. Remove from the pot and set aside. IN THE SAME pot, heat sesame oil over a medium heat. Add in the vegetables, ginger and garlic and cook for 4-5 minutes until slightly softened. POUR in vegetable stock, soy sauce and fish sauce. Bring to the boil. Lower the heat and add in dumplings. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. SERVE topped with chilli crunch and toasted sesame seedsDumpling soup
