• This fresh and innovative take on a much-loved summer watermelon is sure to wow your guests as a dish on a harvest table. Not only does this watermelon pizza look beautiful, it’s nutrient-rich, tastes delicious and can easily be prepared in advance. Tuck right in!

    Cut a thick middle slice of 1 whole watermelon, top with 150g torn bocconcini, 100g Parma ham, a handful cherries and fresh basil sprigs. Drizzle with a splash of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Slice and serve.
