• Mint tea has numerous health benefits, and also tastes delicious. It’s a great palate cleanser, and is wonderfully soothing in cases of inflammation.

    Place a handful of torn fresh mint (preferably organic) in a teapot and bruise the leaves with a wooden spoon. Add boiling water and steep for at least 3 minutes. Strain and serve sweetened with sugar or honey.
