• Banana & Blueberry Vanilla Macadamia Smoothie

    Ingredients (1 tall glass)

    • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
    • ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
    • 1 cup Giraf Macadamia Milk – Vanilla
    • ¼ cup Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
    • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
    • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness)
    • A handful of ice (if using fresh fruit)

    Instructions

    1. Add the banana, blueberries, Giraf Macadamia Milk – Vanilla, and yoghurt to a blender.
    2. Add chia and honey if using.
    3. Blend on high until smooth, thick, and creamy.
    4. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more milk or ice.

    Optional Boosts

    • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    • A spoonful of peanut butter or almond butter
    • A pinch of cinnamon
    • Extra blueberries on top for colour
