Banana & Blueberry Vanilla Macadamia Smoothie
Ingredients (1 tall glass)
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup Giraf Macadamia Milk – Vanilla
- ¼ cup Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness)
- A handful of ice (if using fresh fruit)
Instructions
- Add the banana, blueberries, Giraf Macadamia Milk – Vanilla, and yoghurt to a blender.
- Add chia and honey if using.
- Blend on high until smooth, thick, and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more milk or ice.
Optional Boosts
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- A spoonful of peanut butter or almond butter
- A pinch of cinnamon
- Extra blueberries on top for colour
