    The menu, artfully paired with award winning wines, celebrates the origins of South Africa starting with an amuse bouche of Salmon Tartar accompanied by avocado and a touch of heat that will lift the flavour notes of the Cape of Good Hope Altima Sauvignon Blanc, followed by a spicy yoghurt marinated chicken with bites of coriander, tomato and charred onion complimented by the Anthonij Rupert’s Cape of Good Hope Riebeeksrivier Caroline. An icy mouthful of orange blossom and the Cape of Good Hope Serruria Chardonnay will be served to cleanse the palate for the preceding celebration of the Cape of Good Hope Sneeukrans Pinot Noir, which has been paired with roast duck, butternut and textures of plum.

    To satisfy the imminent sweet tooth, guests can anticipate a burnt white chocolate and seasonal fruit Tarte Tatin Guests and a glass of L’Ormarins Cape LBV to finish. Guests can relish the full-bodied flavours of the menu and flagship wines with live music enticing their senses beyond the taste buds, all for R450pp.
