    WHERE?

Less than an hour from Johannesburg and Pretoria, Hartbeespoort is blessed with natural beauty and agricultural abundance – all of which has resulted in a thriving artisanal food scene. It is also the epicentre of South Africa’s cinematic success story; Hartiwood films. This multi-award winning production company not only makes movies but also allows fans to enjoy an epicurean experience. Former film sets from the Hartiwood classic Pretville have been converted into an elegant 50’s inspired town: Pretville.

    The vibe?

In line with the retro-chic, ‘50’s feel of Pretville many of the stalls at the Hartiwood Food and Film Night Market have a vibrant yet vintage flavour.
