Try this tortiglione pescatore recipe
This pasta dish with its delicious seafood and tomato sauce is perfect for a quick dinner when guests arrive unannounced!
- 1 x 500g CASA RINALDI Tortiglioni Pasta
- 30ml (2 tbsp) CASA RINALDI Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 x 180g CASA RINALDI Pescatore Sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic, crushed
- Fresh basil, leaves only
- Parmigiano cheese, grated
- A pinch of salt
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook CASA RINALDI Tortiglioni Pasta according to package instructions and drain.
In a large saucepan, heat CASA RINALDI Extra Virgin Olive Oil on a medium setting. Once hot, add garlic and sauté until lightly golden and fragrant.
Add entire jar of CASA RINALDI Pescatore Sauce and leave to simmer for 5 minutes.
Add in the drained pasta and cook together for a further 2 minutes.
Serve topped with grated Parmigiano cheese and basil.
