Christmas Eve Feasting at Vivace Radisson Blu Hotel Sandton

This Christmas Eve, take the whole family to indulge in the carefully curated 3-course Christmas Eve Dinner Menu at Vivace. We enjoyed a taste of the menu and trust us when we say that your taste buds will never be the same again.

The starter of locally smoked salmon with compressed cucumber, saffron cumin jelly, cauliflower puree and parsley dust is the epitome of a South African Christmas. The presentation is sophisticated and the dish bursts with flavour-combinations that just work together to create the perfect flavour explosion in your mouth!

A granadilla sorbet is offered as a pallet cleanser, to prepare you for the taste-sensation that is the main course.

Turducken is served the Vivace way with a turkey, duck and chicken roulade, Brussel sprout puree, fragrant savoury rice, smoked turkey bacon and sage crumble, sweet potato straws and an orange and cardamom jus to finish off the plate.

Dessert, an artwork in itself, is a chocolate and hazelnut cake, chocolate meringue, hazelnut mousse, orange chip and cherry gel – a festive feast of the senses!

Festive flavours have never looked (and tasted) this good! It’s best you book soon though, because seats are limited. The cost for this festive feast is R550 per person and includes a bottle of house wine and bottled water per table of two.
