Baked feta, olives and fresh thyme (saganaki)

Baked feta, olives and fresh thyme (saganaki)

Serves: 4
Cooking Time: 25 mins


  • 100g block feta
  • 10 black olives, pitted
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 20ml (4 tsp) dried thyme
  • 100ml olive oil



Preheat the oven to 200°C.


Place the feta in a baking bag and top with the remaining ingredients. Place on a baking tray and bake for about 20 minutes.


Serve hot with a green salad and crusty bread.
