• This bananacado smoothie is a great breakfast shake to start a busy day. It’s quick, easy, healthy and nutritious! 

    Bananacado smoothie

    Serves: 1
    Cooking Time: 5 mins


    • 1 large organic banana (frozen)
    • ½ large ripe organic avocado
    • juice of ½ a lemon
    • 5ml (1 tsp) fructose (this may vary for sweetness)
    • 250ml (1 cup) soya milk (you can use the real stuff too)
    • a few drops of vanilla essence



    Blend all of the ingredients together until you have a smooth drink.
