Beef and olive bruschetta
- 1 small French loaf, sliced
- 100g sun-dried tomato pesto
- 150g SPAR Sliced Beef
- 50g SPAR Stuffed Olives, sliced
- 50g Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, torn into small pieces
Toast the bread slices in a non-stick pan over high heat and top with the pesto, beef slices, olives and mozzarella.
Use SPAR Green Cocktail Onions instead of olives as an alternative.
