Beef and olive bruschetta

Besides its tastiness, the beauty of beef and olive bruschetta is that it’s quick and easy. A great bite for when you’d like to satisfy a salty craving.

Beef and olive bruschetta

Serves: 4 – 6
Cooking Time: 20 mins


  • 1 small French loaf, sliced
  • 100g sun-dried tomato pesto
  • 150g SPAR Sliced Beef
  • 50g SPAR Stuffed Olives, sliced
  • 50g Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, torn into small pieces



Toast the bread slices in a non-stick pan over high heat and top with the pesto, beef slices, olives and mozzarella.


Use SPAR Green Cocktail Onions instead of olives as an alternative.
