Creamy baked oysters with Parmesan and dill
- 24 oysters, shucked
- 100ml fresh cream
- 25g Parmesan, grated
- fresh dill, to serve
Preheat the grill to 220˚C. Place the oysters in a baking tray. Divide the cream among them – about a small teaspoonful in each oyster. Top with the grated Parmesan.
Pop the oysters under the grill and cook, 3 – 4 minutes. Remove from grill, scatter over some dill fronds and serve immediately.
