Goat’s cheese balls rolled in honey & nuts

Serves: 12
Cooking Time: 1 hours

Ingredients

  • 200g goat’s cheese
  • 100ml runny honey
  • 50g roasted almonds, chopped
  • 50g roasted walnuts, chopped
  • 4 chives, finely chopped
  • 1ml (¼ tsp) salt
  • 1 packet multigrain crackers (optional)

Instructions

Roll the goat’s cheese into 12 evenly sized balls and allow them to firm up in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Coat each ball in honey and roll in a mixture of the nuts, chives and salt.

Firm up in the fridge once more before serving the goats’ cheese balls with multigrain crackers, if desired.
