Grissini wrapped in tuna mousse and prosciutto
- 5ml (1 tsp) capers, rinsed
- 1 x 185g tin tuna in oil, drained
- 100g mayonnaise
- ground black pepper, to taste
- 12 slices of prosciutto
Put the capers into a food processor and add the tuna, mayonnaise and pepper. Process until the mixture comes together and has a smooth consistency. Refrigerate for about 5 minutes.
Lay the prosciutto slices flat on a working surface and, using a butter knife, spread the mousse on 1/3 of each breadstick without exceeding the width of the prosciutto. Position a breadstick on the edge of each slice of prosciutto and roll up tightly. Serve immediately.
