    Orange crush

    • 10ml brown sugar
    • 4 dashes bitters
    • 200ml freshly squeezed
    • orange juice
    • 50ml bourbon
    • ice cubes, to serve
    • 2 strips orange zest, for flavour and to garnish



    Combine the sugar, bitters and orange juice, and allow a minute for the sugar to dissolve. Add the bourbon and stir.


    Divide the mixture between 2 heavy-based tumblers, top up with ice, slip a strip of orange zest into each and serve.
