• Cheers to the weekend! Mimosas are why we brunch and raspberry mimosas just make them better. We’ve added a spin on the classic mimosa with an infusion of berries. This raspberry mimosa with fresh berries, a touch of mint, and cranberry juice will brighten up any special occasion and it only takes 10 minutes to make!

    Berry mimosa

    Serves: 4
    Total Time: 10 minutes

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup cranberry juice, chilled
    • 2 cups dry sparkling wine, chilled
    • 4 tsp pomegranate juice
    • To serve
    • ó cup raspberries
    • Mint sprigs, leaves picked

    Instructions

    Fill each flute of the way with cranberry juice.

    Top up with sparkling wine.

    Add 1 tsp pomegranate juice into each glass.

    Top with raspberries and mint leaves.
