Sesame breadsticks served with salted-caramel dipping sauce
Ingredients
- Salted-caramel dipping sauce
 - 150g golden syrup
 - 80g butter
 - 150g demerara sugar
 - 125ml (½ cup) double thick cream
 - 10g Maldon Sea Salt
 - 5ml (1 tsp) vanilla essence
 - 1 x 125g box sesame-seed breadsticks

															For the dipping sauce, place the syrup, butter and sugar in a medium pot over medium heat and allow to melt. Bring to a boil, 4 minutes. Remove from heat, add the cream then return to heat to simmer, 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the salt and vanilla essence. Set aside to cool

		Serve the sesame-seed breadsticks alongside the salted caramel for dipping.
