Strawberry and rosé cocktail

ITS FRI_YAY! This strawberry and rosé cocktail is pretty, pink and perfect for a festive occasion. Everyone loves bubbles for a celebration, so why not add in some beautiful colours and sweet flavours as well?

TOTAL TIME 10 minutes | SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS

• Fresh lemon wedge + sliced lemon,
• Crushed ice
• 100ml Rosé 2013
• 75ml fresh strawberry juice
• 5ml  Passion Fruit Cordial
• 75ml Fitch & Leeds Lemonade. or any lemonade of choice
• Strawberries, to garnish

METHOD

PLACE the lemon wedge at the bottom of the glass. Add the crushed ice.

TOP the drink off with the wine, juice, cordial and lemonade.

GARNISH with strawberries and a slice of lemon.
