• Not strictly a tequila sunrise, but close enough. Although oranges are a winter fruit, we couldn’t resist making a tequila-based summer drink, and we all adore the tang of Campari.

    Tequila summer suns

    Serves: 6
    Cooking Time: 5 mins


    • 120ml tequila
    • 800ml orange juice
    • slices of lemon, to serve
    • 30ml (2 tbsp) Campari



    Place ice cubes in serving glasses and add the tequila, orange juice and lemon slices. Drizzle with the Campari and serve.
