Warm green bean salad with toasted sesame seeds
- 400g fine green beans
- 80ml sunflower oil
- 30ml sesame seeds, toasted
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 15ml soy sauce
- 10ml sesame oil
- 10ml runny honey
- 10ml fresh ginger, grated
- 5ml rice vinegar
Blanch the beans so that they are still crisp for 2 – 3 minutes. Refresh under cold water and dry off.
Mix the rest of the ingredients to combine well.
Put the beans on a serving platter, pour over the dressing and serve.
