Crunchy parmesan soup toppers
Ingredients
- 150g Parmesan, grated
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Set aside until needed. Preheat the oven to 180˚C.
Scatter a generous layer of grated Parmesan onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven until melted and golden, about 5 - 10 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside to cool slightly.
When ready to serve, break the Parmesan into bite-sized chunks and scatter the pieces over bowls of home-made soup. Enjoy!
