• Parma ham, blueberry and feta salad

    Ingredients

    • 1 packet baby salad leaves
    • 70g Danish feta, crumbled
    • 3 spring onions, thinly sliced lengthways
    • 150g fresh blueberries
    • 10 thin slices Parma ham
    • white balsamic vinegar, to serve
    • avocado oil, to serve

    Combine the salad leaves, feta, spring onionsand blueberries in a bowl, top with the ham and serve drizzled with the vinegar and oil.
