Apple and celery zinger
A jam packed juice that is bound to quench any thirst. Try this Apple and celery zinger recipe.

INGREDIENTS
- 3 green-skinned apples (450 g), unpeeled, quartered
 - 2 celery stalks (300 g), untrimmed
 - 1 medium lemon (140 g), peeled, quartered
 - 4 cm piece fresh ginger, unpeeled
 - 8 cm piece fresh turmeric, unpeeled
 
SERVE
- 2 celery stalks
 
METHOD
PUSH ingredients through a juice extractor into a jug. Stir to combine.
SERVE immediately with celery stalks.
FOOD TEAM TIP: This juice will separate on standing, a quick stir will bring it back together.
