Waldo Kellerman, Tierre Paisible’s farm manager of over 20 years, leads with a hands-on approach to his work. He closely monitors forecasts to ensure optimal irrigation and inspects crops daily for perfect ripeness as harvest approaches.
Right beside him is the farm’s foreman, Desmond Beukes. An essential part of the team, leading harvests with unwavering attention to detail and fostering a culture of care among the team. Under his leadership, each harvest is conducted with precision. His calm leadership, even when the occasional wild animal makes an appearance, creates a culture of care and mutual respect among the crew.
