• As the holy month of Ramadan unfolds, 126 Cape Kitchen & Cafe at the Hyatt Regency Cape Town Hotel in Bo-Kaap welcomes guests to partake in a delightful Iftar buffet experience.

This Halaal-certified restaurant offers a mix of Middle Eastern and Cape Malay flavours.

Running daily until 9pm, the Iftar buffet presents a delectable three-course menu with drinks included, inviting you to savour authentic cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere.

Upon arrival, you are greeted with refreshing lassis infused with mixed fruit and mango or rose-infused drinks with aromatic herbs.

Soft dates are provided to break the fast, accompanied by a selection of savoury delights such as samoosas with mint chutney, chilli bites, falafels, baba ganoush and hummus, allowing guests to create their own mezze platter.

The buffet includes bottomless savoury dishes, featuring butter chicken, grilled meats and Tandoori lamb chops. Vegetarian options include Dhal Tadka and a flavourful roast vegetable casserole paired with nutty saffron rice.

For dessert, indulge in the decadent semolina pudding or enjoy individually baked Malay spiced milk tartlets and chai pudding.
