    As the vines begin to change colour, Constantia Glen ushers in the new season by welcoming Johann Roux to their team as Head Chef.  Chef Johann is passionate about food and has been privileged to have catered for many influential people such as the Mazzotti family, Tim Noakes and Wilbur Smith to name a few.

    With about 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Johann has put together an enticing menu of hearty dishes which are sure to keep you returning to the Tasting Room on cold Winter days. This includes a new plating of beef fillet on a potato rosti with a delicious red wine jus, and a mouth-watering pasta with fresh truffle, wild mushrooms, and a gorgonzola & coconut cream sauce. Other popular options returning this Winter include the lamb shank with mashed potato and Constantia Glen’s renowned trio of soups.

    This Winter, Constantia Glen also invites you to join them for an Exclusive 5-Course Dining Experience hosted by their Winemaker, Justin Van Wyk and Chef Johann. On the first Friday of every month, enjoy 5 gourmet courses perfectly paired with a few older and highly sought-after Constantia Glen vintages.
