This dry Rosé wine with its beautiful rose petal hue and slight sparkle is the perfect partner to your favourite prawn dish such as Prawn Curry, Prawn Skewers, Marinated King Prawns, Prawn Linguine or this simple Lemon Garlic Butter Prawn skillet recipe: Melt 6 tablespoons butter in a skillet over high heat. Add prawns; cook and stir until browned for about 2 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low. Season prawns to taste with lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook for a further 1 minute. Dress with remaining melted butter and a dash of lemon juice just before serving.
