Apple cider served over watermelon and pink-lemonade popsicles
- 250ml (1 cup) watermelon juice
- 150ml pink lemonade
- 70ml water
- 4 craft apple/pear ciders (such as Sxollie)
Combine the watermelon juice, pink lemonade and water in a jug. Pour the liquid into popsicle moulds and add a wooden popsicle stick. If necessary, secure the stick with sticky tape or foil. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight until solid.
Place each popsicle in a champagne coupe or glass and top with cider to serve.
