- 60ml (¼ cup) vanilla ice cream
- 300ml milk
- 30ml (2 tbsp) smooth
- peanut butter
- 60ml (¼ cup) maple syrup
- 100ml bourbon
Combine all the ingredients, except the bourbon, and blend to a smooth liquid consistency using a hand-held blender or liquidiser.
Add the bourbon and give it a final quick whiz, just enough to combine.
Decant into two tall glasses, finish off with a straw and serve.
