  • 60ml (¼ cup) vanilla ice cream
  • 300ml milk
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) smooth
  • peanut butter
  • 60ml (¼ cup) maple syrup
  • 100ml bourbon



Combine all the ingredients, except the bourbon, and blend to a smooth liquid consistency using a hand-held blender or liquidiser.


Add the bourbon and give it a final quick whiz, just enough to combine.


Decant into two tall glasses, finish off with a straw and serve.

“Colonel” Tom Parker made a name for himself as Elvis Presley’s manager, with many saying that he was central to the singer’s success. The ingredients in this cocktail include some of The King’s favourites: ice cream, peanut butter and bourbon.
