Crispy-fried seaweed dusted with paprika
- olive oil, to fry
- 2 handfuls fresh/frozen seaweed (defrosted, if frozen), rinsed well under cold running water and dried on paper towel
- paprika, to dust
Heat the olive oil in a pan to 180°C. Add the well-dried seaweed to the oil and fry until crispy, 2 – 3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towel.
To serve, dust with paprika and enjoy as a healthy snack!
