Healthier banana bread
The only thing better than banana bread is a healthier version for a guilt-free treat. This quick and easy recipe is guaranteed to impress the next time you have guests around!

- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 ½ cups oat flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
PREHEAT oven to 180°C.
IN a bowl, whisk ripe bananas until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, and oil, then whisk until everything is fully combined. Add sugar.
ADD in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk. Make sure that the wet and dry ingredients are well incorporated.
TRANSFER the batter to a greased loaf pan and top the batter with 1 halved banana.
BAKE in a preheated oven for 1 hour.
