• The Michelada is one of Mexico’s most popular cocktails. Although the ingredients and preparation vary from town to town, we’ve gone with the most traditional version. A mixture of light, spicy, and salty, this drink is sure to be unlike anything you’ve ever tasted before.

    Cooking Time: 5 - 10 mins


    • a wedge of lime
    • coarse salt
    • ice
    • 50ml tomato juice
    • a dash each of hot sauce
    • a dash of Worcestershire sauce
    • light lager



    Wet the rim of a tall glass with a wedge of lime and dip in coarse salt. Squeeze a wedge of lime into the glass and fill with ice. Add 50ml tomato juice and a dash each of hot and Worcestershire sauce, and top the glass with light lager. Stir gently.
