This refreshing Mint Junction is the creation of Domenico De Lorenzo and Dino Batista, liquid chefs of Molecular Bars. Deliciously refreshing, who knew that whisky, fruit juice, and mint would work together so well? Perfect for unwinding after a long day.
Mint Junction cocktail
- 10 fresh mint leaves + mint sprig, to serve
- 37,5ml (1½ shot glasses) Dewar’s Whisky
- 12,5ml sugar
- 20ml (4 tsp) Aperol
- 12,5ml (½ shot glass) fresh lime juice
- 25ml (1 shot glass) fresh orange juice
Shake all of the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker and strain into a goblet. Serve with fresh mint.
