Raspberry rosé recipe

Fresh seasonal berries complemented by rosé bubbly give this cocktail its gorgeous colour. Celebrate life’s most beautiful with this raspberry rosé. 

Serves: 2


  • 25ml raspberry vodka, well chilled
  • 15ml strawberry liqueur
  • 4 mint leaves
  • ice cubes
  • rosé champagne or cap classique, well chilled, to top up
  • fresh strawberry slices, to garnish



Combine the vodka, strawberry liqueur, mint and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker or glass jar sealed with a lid. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain and divide between 2 champagne flutes and top up with champagne or cap classique. Garnish with a strawberry slice and serve.
